We are fully transparent on payments and terms are always open to negotiation. That said, our standard structure follows a simple two-step process. First, a percentage advance is collected at the time of order placement — this is purely to confirm commitment from both sides and is only requested after quality, specifications and pricing have been mutually agreed. Second, the remaining balance is settled against scanned copies of the shipping documents at the receiving port. As business relationships mature and volumes grow, we are open to discussing credit lines on a case-by-case basis. Ultimately, we want terms that work for both parties.

We completely understand — trust takes time. On request, we provide a full cost breakdown covering every component: sourcing rates from the supplier, freight and logistics costs, customs clearance charges, and our own margin — clearly separated. We do not hide behind inflated quotes. As global markets move — whether commodity prices rise or freight rates drop — we pass those changes on to you directly. Our goal is a long-term partnership, and that is only possible when pricing is fair and honest from day one.
